QCircuits—formerly Bel-tronics Corp.—Announces
New Name, Executive Team, Corporate Headquarters and Web Site

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL—QCircuits, Inc., formerly Bel-tronics Corp., announces new leadership along with a new company name, location and web site. The electronic contract manufacturing firm is now led by Jeff Cosman, President, who brings 30 years of general and product management experience to the company.

“Our new name, QCircuits,” says Cosman, “signals our new direction while honoring the company tradition of Quality since its inception in 1953. The new name also reflects our principal business, electronics manufacturing: board assembly, box build and magnetics.”

The QCircuits executive team, headed by Cosman, also includes Eric Petty, Vice President, Sales and Operations; and Ed Waytula, Vice President, Engineering.

The company has moved its corporate headquarters from Addison, Illinois, to Rolling Meadows, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago. QCircuits’ manufacturing facility remains in Flora, Illinois, in the southern part of the state, where it has operated since 1966.
